The Global
500 Roll of Honour has been launched in 1987 by the United Nations Environment
Programme (UNEP) to recognize and honor environmental achievements. In turn, the
formation of the Global 500 Environmental Forum at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro has made it
possible for laureates to support and communicate with one another on the continuing
basis. Unfortunately, Compete's chart given below shows very weak interest to this Forum.  In contrast to the Global 500 Environmental Forum, the Green Pacer World Forum is based on the much more powerful and publically buzzest paradigm named United Green Nations. | |
